A chance meeting at a vendor fair, and we now rely on Shari and her team to keep us in compliance. They come to the table with many years of experience and knowledge of the elevator industry. With this, we have not only turned to them for our inspection and filing needs, but also leaned on them for contract review.

The ease of working with Reliant Elevator Inspections cannot be overstated. Before we struggled to get all of our inspections done, and paperwork filed complete in a timely manner. Now, all of our inspections are scheduled for us, and most importantly, all paperwork filed on our behalf. As we have new facilities added on, a quick call to Reliant and all is covered.

We have worked with Reliant, for just over two years, when they became one of our vendors, the previous, and existing elevator companies, had not kept up with annual inspections for the elevators in our portfolio, Reliant elevator was able to research, and find due/ and past due elevator inspections from our list of sites. They are easy to coordinate with, and were able to bring our portfolio up to date. This takes a lot of stress off of me since I have over 800 sites to monitor, and manage Preventative Maintenance.
